All sales of digital, downloadable products are final.
Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed and the product has been made available for download. Please ensure you have selected the correct product before purchasing.
2. Session Packages
Refunds are available for completely unused packages within 14 days of the original purchase date.
If you have not booked or attended any sessions from your package, you are eligible for a full refund within this 14-day window. Once any session from a package has been booked or used, the entire package becomes non-refundable.
3. Subscriptions (e.g., Quizzes, All-Access)
Subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing period.
When you purchase a subscription, you are paying for access for a specific period (e.g., one month or one year). We do not offer prorated refunds if you decide to cancel before the end of your billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your currently paid term.
4. Events (e.g., Tours, Calligraphy Courses)
Event registrations are generally non-refundable.
Due to the planning and logistics involved, we are typically unable to offer refunds for event registrations. Please check the specific event page for any special cancellation policies that may apply. If we must cancel an event for any reason, all registered participants will receive a full refund.
